A modern, contemporary and at the same time a good-looking Tele-style guitar design, that carries the classic signs of its ancestor. By simply giving a new contour to the body and headstock, removing the pickguard and the neck plate, building a new, improved stainless steel bridge, adding comfort cuts and extra frets and rounding the edges, a new solid body guitar model was born.
This may all sound quite simple, but in fact this guitar project took a huge amount of work: two and a half years of the time of two people – my wife Silvia and I. She is the main reason this model was born – the body and headstock design is entirely hers. Working together over this project I realized that women have very specific and elegant ways of how they see colors, contours and shapes, and I like that very much.
Silvia created this model, which is why it bears her name.
