I remember the day very clearly when A. Markov shared his idea with me for making a stylish and elegant guitar based on the Silvia Pepecaster model – but according to the specifications that he had spent time researching and considering. We discussed the materials, electronics, hardware, the compound fingerboard radius, custom shaped inlays, the jack position, the special mounting of the 3-way pickup switch (no screw mounting), the precise radius of rounding the edge on the back of the body and etc. And thus the project began. Work on this project was not merely a job for me, it was sheer pleasure! And I sincerely thank A. Markov for entrusting me with his project and for his excellent communication and cooperation!
We hadn’t given any thought to a name for the project when we started it, but when Mr. Markov came by to pick it up and took one look at it he immediately said, “Dude! I’ve got the name! Let’s call the guitar Elegant Silvia!” And that is how this new model got its name.

Body: One piece Swamp Ash plus one piece Maple Drop top. Rounded backside body edge.
Neck: Three symmetrical pieces 12 years seasoned Balkan (Bulgarian) Maple. Angled headstock:
